He is getting dizziness since past 3 weeks, cannot sleep properly at night sudden increase in heart beat is noticed,physician says it is due to stress but doesnt look like. His father has brain tumour and is in last stage. Could it be hereditary? Are any of these symptoms of some dangerous tumour
