Dizziness , fear to fall down

Hi , My mom is having some kind of dizziness, sometimes fear to fall down. Initial diagnosis, she took Vertin .The next went to neurologist and he gave dizitac as medicine . Looking for some kind of diagnosis which will help in identifying the actual problem. Can you recommend a good doctor who can diagnose such a problem.
