I’m not able to concentrate because of dizziness and I have ear problem so I’m taking mactotal syb, nervijen cap , adrenocort-6 . Yesterday I masterbate and sleeped after waking up I feel dizziness

u have vertigo  probably due  to inner ear  problem. show to ent doctor tgey will suggest u exercises a nd if necccesary epley manoeuvre can be done. as per drugs i think no change required
