Dizziness and high pulse

These days when I smoke a cigarette I suffer from high pulse rate and dizziness. And I feel like I m losing control over my breath this causes sweating in my palms. I smoke only 1 cigarette in a day. Kindly suggest some cure for this problem. Currently I m taking antidepressants.
