Dizziness and blurred vision

Feeling dizziness and seems everything is moving. It all started after I felt sick with severe cough and cold. I have a history of dust allergies. It's been around 3 months problem still exists. Not able to understand whom to concern, since vision is also not clear and there is continuous heaviness on head. Please suggest.
