Dizziness, acidity and back pain

For 4-5 days now I have continuous dizziness, body pain specially in the lower back and shoulder region and feeling of nausea and acidity. The nerves in my brain pain and can't sleep properly because of pain in neck. The pain seemed to have started going to the legs too.

Hello. Very Good morning Ma'am. I suggest you to go for a plain MRI BRAIN AND WHOLE SPINE SCREENING. Assosiated nausea and vomiting seems to be serious symptoms for me. Kindly don't worry and seek a good Neurologist in your area, that you have to do.  I request you to don't take over the counter drugs without prescription of a Doctor.
