Dizzi, drowsi, tired, breathlessness

Iron serum 33mcg/dl, transferrin saturation 7.28%. HB is, 11.3 ... Feeling dizzi, unsteady, drowsi most of the time since last 4 to 5 months,breathlessness even on mild exersion. Can this be because of iron deficiency? Vib d is 27, b12 is 286. Most of other blood reports are normal. Pls suggest treatment.
