Night terrors are common in childhood. They wake up kids with fear and confusion. Don't try to wake up your kid completely when she gets up from sleep. Try to calm her back. She seems to fear more when you talk about aeroplane or peacock and she stops crying because of fear rather than comfort, but if you continue to do this she might actually start getting these neutral things which isn't good.
