Pt 74M, s/p cystectomy prostatectomy c ileal conduit diversion, right ureter ligated at the vascular pedicle, c DJ ureteral sent and history of klebsiella infection, now vplsknd of dysgeusia.

Post op day of the patient? Stent should not stay 2-3 weeks post surgery. Please rule out urosepsis
