Discomfort in the ear
Today i got slapped very tightly near my ear and after that i started feeling discomfort in that ear like listening less from that ear .A type of feeling like blocked ear was there so i came home and put little oil in that ear and slept thinking it will be fine when i will wake up.But after 7 hours also i am feeling discomfort in that ear . I am not feeling pain in that ear only the problem is in hearing. I am hearing comparatively less from that ear as compared to another one.I read about perforated eardrum i think my ear is perforated but till now i m not feeling pain and no fluid has came from the ear so i am little confused what to do now and feeling very very very scared .please help me
You seem to have developed traumatic perforation of the ear drum because of slap you had. Usually being of the perforation occurs within 3 weeks. You need to keep your ear dry and avoid entry of water inside ear.
