HI sir I am having discomfort in navel when drinking water and also food coming into the throat. What is the issue and what are the remedies for it  difficulty in sleeping due to food regurgitation last year I have taken CT chest and in that esophagus  is normal but still feeling this issue since long Thanks Dileep
