Hi recently my mother got bypass surgery Post 40 days now from operated area their is a release of light brown liquid. Pl suggest

Hello there. Get it checked out by the surgeon. It may be pus. Is there gap in the wound? If there is wound infection then pus formation can happen. It's better to show it to the surgeon get the pus tested for culture and sensitivity and then appropriate antibiotics will need to be given. Hope she gets well soon. Regards
