Disbalance, irritation inside head
I am 24 Male. I am having issues with balance. I frequently feel as if I am gonna fall towards left side. Also sometimes I feel weird sensation inside my head with sudden shock like feeling.

This is because of imbalance of internal ear fluid which maintains our balance. This xan be treated and nothing to worry about. However medication is long term and has to be followed strictly for almost 6 to 8 months depending on the condition.
