I have 35dbs hearing loss in both ears for auditory neuropathy...can this be eligible for getting disability certificate

I don't think so bcz upto 40dbs it's mild moreover hearing aids are useful..

It is unlikely as you fall into category I of auditory disability which is considered as mild hearing impairment which is considered as less than 40% of impairment and to get the disability certificate, you require 40% and above of impairment to get the certificate. I would advise you to meet an ENT doctor in the government hospital who would give you a clearer picture on this aspect.
