Hello Doctor, Please tell me, once applied on the Anal region,  how much time the effect of Diltigesic Organogel cream lasts? And after application, let's I have gone to toilet once. Does the affect of the cream lasts after that too? If yes, for how many hours it does? Please reply in a layman language. As I couldn't understand what is "immediate release tablet" or "extended release tablet".

Diltegesic cream effect lasts for couple of hours. U will need to apply it again if u have to go to toilet again. Immediately after passing stool sit for a while in warm water /tub . Then apply cream . It will be more beneficial.
