I think its digestion problem, since my tummy dont get clear when nature calls , had this issue earlier too with one spoon kayamchuran it use to get normal again. But this time had mutton and for supper and from next morning the problem started and 2 days now still facing same problem, nature call at times but when in bathroom all which comes out is only gas and little faeces plz suggest what to do and precautions.
