Sthomach is going down. I have to go to bathroom continue . I am feeling lose motion . In stomatch left side feeling pain

Hello....As for the loose motions generally we give loperamide if of non infectious type and also start with antibiotics like ornidazole with oflox and SPOROLAC to enhance the strength of gut....make sure that you have more of home cooked food ....avoid spicy and oily food...Thank you
