Normally I poop 3-4 per day .which I feel is very comfortable for me .and also the first time I poop every day it's  not complete I'm not able to excrete in one shot . What can be done ? To poop a once a day

There may by unhealthy bacterial overgrowth in bowel which is causing this problem. Any pain abdomen?
