Hello,
I am having lower abdominal pain and on sides also and sometimes in back also. On Ct scan Kub it shows difuse mild colitis .
What is meant my difuse mild colitis and what can be the treatment further. ?

It's a mild inflammation of the large intestine. If it has been for a long time you should consult a gastroenterologist. If it is for a shorter duration you can take antibiotics.
