I don't know what is happening, all it started out yesterday night.I was like difficulty swallowing even my own saliva and foods also.i feel strange choke feeling while swallowing food particles or even my own saliva without any single pain in my throat.Plz suggest me something at the earliest doctor!. PS:I feel at the same time while having difficulty swallowing, "a picnicness or fast heart beating". Plz help doctor 🙏😭
