Feeling breathing difficulty in breathing, chest tightness, left hand paining. Hrct throax showing normal but ecg showing poor r wave .plz guide me.attaching report plz tell me about report. Doc given me defza 24, moxif 400 and doxt sl 100.. but not becoming normal...felling chest sound when trying to cough but there are no cough is rising..plz help me
