I have been suggested to have zocef 500 for baterial infection which cost around rs.810 for 10 tabs and composed of only CEFUROXIME 500MG . Similarly, there is another tablet of same composition from different company named Spectraxime 500mg and cost only rs.200 for 10 tabs. May I know why there is such huge difference in cost even if the composition in medicine same and only company is different?
