Difference b/w sublingual & vaginal use

I have taken 1st abortion pill that is mifepristone yesterday at 4 pm now I am bleeding with clots but normal no heavy bleeding and pain . My doctor asked me to take rest of the pills that's misoprostol 800mg (200mg - 4 tablets) vaginally but I am bleeding now how can put those tablets inside . Can I better take it sublingual please suggest ?
