Hi Team, I am suffering from lymph node tuberculosis. Treatment was supposed to be for 6 months, I would be completing 4 months in next 10 days. But I am facing issues with my food habit. I can't eat properly, and thus feel weak. Being a working I can't focus much on it. I want a guidance regarding same. I have suffered from typhoid before this and my diet degraded badly because of continuous illness. Now I am not able to eat much resulting in weakness bodyache. Also I got very sensitive recently, weather changes get me caught up with fever and cold. It would be great if I can get some help from your end. Thanks, Rituja Srivastav

Hi welcome - you need high calorie 2400 kcal energy based diet must be 65% to 70 % carbohydrates with high quality protein veg or non veg. Olive oil ca be used as best although costly or any vegetable cooking oils. Plenty of fruits 4 pcs ,stew,soup,Dalia,k khchdi,poha,Dalia, all good foods.oat,etc. Better you must get a very we'll planned diet chart.
