I use dynaglypt m in morning and glycinorm m 80 in night.problem is that i do feel hypoglycemia near about 12.30pm.I have to eat immediately.Doctor advised me to stop glycinorm m 80 but it started hyperglycemia.Though using both control my sugar level but problem occurs in noon.I have also been compelled to eat sweet to become normal. Please guide

Glycinorm m is combination of glicazide and metformin drugs. I suggest that you discuss with your doctor about continuation of metformin but stopping gliclazide. Consult your doctor or an endocrinologist
