Did burping cause increase in bp&pulse

I take breakfast of oats with Cold milk half cup in morning at 10 after That I did my lunch at 3at noon and Dinner at night near about 10...from few days ,I'm experiencing burping alot from after noon which makes me feel to get potty immediately during this my bp,pulse rate increases when I get freshed than I feel a bit OK, I take 1cap. pantosec DSR, plz suggest to whom I consider A physician or a gastrologist???? What are these all syntoms are for??? Please guide
