Diazepam with mirtazapine and olanzapine

I was addicted to high doses of lexotanil about 10mg a day. Doctor prescribe me mitazapine 15mg , olanzapine 5mg and clonazepam 2mg. But I don't want to use clonazepam because of its side effects on hair. Can I use valium ( diazepam) 10mg instead of clonazepam? Please tell me if this combination with valium is safe for hair?
