Diarrhoea with weakness!

Hi Doctor. I am having Diarrhoea since past 3 days. I need to visit the restroom 3-4times a day and my stool is absolutely like water! I took medicine containing Metronidazole component but still same. I am having weakness along with nausea. Please suggest what I need to do to cure this. Thanks a lot in advance.
