I have been experiencing severe abdomen pain and back pain for the past few days and I have been wondering whether it is appendicitis or pancreatitis. How do they diagnose acute pancreatitis and how do they detect appendicitis? Is there anything I should do before I seek medical care? Should I wait for a few more days and then hit the hospital?
