Hi there....acute abdominal pain could be caused due to several reasons like gastritis, appendicitis, pancreatitis, kidney stones, etc. Gastritis won't be seen and appendicitis can be missed on ultrasound sometimes. So it will need a detailed clinical examination and further investigations. So kindly consult a general surgeon as soon as lossible for further evaluation. Till then you can give her pantoprazole 40mg once in the morning, half hour before breakfast.
