Diagnosis for learning disability

I have struggled with reading and writing from childhood. As an adult i have figured out to live with it. But I would like to find out if there is a diagnosis for my struggles with learning. Is it possible to get diagnosed for learning disabilities as an adult. If so can it be done through online consultation. Can someone help.
