I have recently been diagnosed with mild concentric lvh and grade 1 diastolic dysfunction . I am having intermittent chest pain and back pain not related with physical activity.

LDL-181
TROP T - Negative
Ejection Fraction = 72%
Hb,DC,TC normal
ECG and ECHO reports attached.
Can anyone please evaluate my ECG report .
Note: I was hypertensive(155/95) and without medication . Now taking medicine and bp is 125/80. Thank you in advance
Do you take any thyroid medicine?
Can you please share your complete thyroid function test reports?

Your ECG and Echo both show BP related changes. You have to continue BP medicines. Also you have hypothyroidism and high cholesterol. Just start thyroid medication in consultation with a physician that will take care of high cholesterol also to some extent. Continue BP medicines, repeat lipid profile after 3 months. Also need lifestyle modifications like regular exercise, weight control, diet control
