How to diagnose sunken chest condition without expensive scan. Can a doctor diagnose by a picture? How to measure severity? I just observed it.

Hello,, first of all why you got this doubt. If the person got abnormal chest and you can able to notice that then general physician will be able to tell what defect it is by just physical examination. Consult a general physician.
