Diabetic person and bleeding in eyes

Hi, My father in law aged 53 a diabetic person, had done laser surgery a year ago. Now there is a bleeding problem again in the same eye. Any suggestions on the next level of treatment? Thanks.

Your problem is due to diabetes so consult immediately to  ophthalmologist
