Diabetic.brain not functioning properly

I am diabetic since 5 years. I am realising that my brain not active and not divert in case of need. Feeling dull. Unable to sleep before 2 am. Found sleepy coordination morning. There is no coordination between voice and brain. I always feel pain of my brain. I also feel body, leg and joint pain in the morning. Request you please support me to improve this condition
