Diabetes on fasting 250mg/dl, and pp 350mg/dl. This remains the same for more than 4years. Not taken insulin till date. Kindly give your valuable words for improvements.

Whether insulin is needed depends on whether you have firstly been prescribed the required oral medicines at the right dosage and also on your regularity with medicines, diet and exercise.
