hello.. plasma glucose value if its random den its fine... but your ejection fraction is less.. cough and breathlessness may be related to this only... kindly consult a cardiologist as u needed to be started on few medications... further evaluation is also required...restrict water intake to less than 1 ltr ina day.. have low salt diet and follow diabetic diet
