Thanks for the question.usually Dewax ear drop is to be used as 3 to 4 drops 3 to 4 times daily and should lay down for 10mins with the affected ear up to give time to wax become soft after pouring ear drops and to be followed as per duration asked by your doctor as it varies case to case basis depending upon quantity of accumulated wax . some times it is difficult also to remove these in a single  attempt if it is keratosis instead of wax which is look a like.
