Developing rashes on my skin except head

I have been developing a rash since a year, first it started with a single red coloured tiny dot. Once the dot id removed it ha been developed into white coloured crust with a bigger size since the previous one. Once the crust is removed, i have observed that it again forms a crust into bigger sized one. Need to know what kind of a rash it is.
