Whenever I talk to my girlfriend on phone normally (which is not erotic or sexual )then also my penis leaks out some watery fluid or precum.... Is this normal or am I losing my vital fluid??

Hello This is quite normal. Actually its the lubricating fluid that comes out from penis. It will go spontaneously once you become sexually active. Semen is not a vital fluid and is regularly produced in our body.
