Helow doc.. i had a lazy eye which was diagnosed in early childhood and from then doctors told me to wait until my late 20s when i would be considered for vision correction surgery.. now as that time is coming forward doctors have decided to perform the operation.. and i am getting more and more nervous and depressed about my eye condition.. i feel like i am different and also a disabled person due to my eye condition..and i have started to Google about my eye condition out of nervousness and getting a constant panic that my would never be back to normal it will remain as same and the Operation might go wrong.. how to cope up with is mental state??? Thank you for your help in advance..

This s called generalised anxiety states, it may b happen with anyone...everytime u exaggerate the conditon from its normal, it can affect ur thought level and u start -think one after another without stopping... If u think n present u feel calm and good....because anxiety always related with future....
