Hello.I am going to talk about my friend's problem. David,he is suffering from depression for being unemployed and as a result,he doesn't talk properly with his family and friends. He is not interested in any kind of activities, I have suggested so many things like going to watch a movie, playing cricket,or doing anything but he does nothing and better to say,he is not interested in anything.. He always says,"when will I get a job? When I will get this, everything will be fine." But truly speaking,he can't even spend a normal life.. So what should I do for him as he can be free from this depression? Please help.

I would advise you to take him to a psychiatrist, don't think of any social stigma but a person's mental health is just as important as any other form of health.
