Sufferring from dengue from last 6 days..platelet dropped to 10000, transfusion done 24 hrs back, CBC done after 7 hrs. platelet increased to 19000 further again test done in the morning tge platelet count comes stagnant to 19000, but yet again platelet dropped down to 14000 in the evening..What should be done now...
