Patient age 55 having tested positive in dengue NS1 test. After iv medication and other vitamins, paracetamol tablets patient has no fever and no other major symptoms. But in cbc platelet count first showed increase and then again after few days showing decline. Is it possible decline of 76000 to 73000 in 3-4 hours?
