Dengue, chest infection and low BP

I have been diagnosed with dengue, chest infection and low BP since 3 days.. And I am not able to eat anything because of this combination. I am still having a lot of weakness and unable to stand up by myself. I have attached the reports. Please help me understand how do I recover quickly.
