Dengu - SGPT, SGOT
My daughter 4 years old. She has dengu. Platelet count was 150000 on day before yesterday. Now it bit increased. High level SGPT and SGOT in today's report. Is it normal for dengu patient. Two reports attached.
Please Sgot and sgpt are more or ledd normal .platlet count is ok. Don't give aspirin. in case of any fever. It precipites haemorrhage.
Just prevent infection
Maintain hydration.
Give fruits juices and Relax.
If any untoward symptom report to pediatrician physically. Manage the menance of mosquito. Dangue can reccur.

There is just a mild increase in sgot,sgpt which is acceptable as a part of dengue viral infection is considered.Nothing to worry from these reports.They will normalise once the acute viral phase is over.
