Dellusions
He is getting dellusions as there are duplicate people around and someone wil harm him . He had gone to peague for doing MS where he had alcohol and smoke once and again for few days he continued that.. he was hospitalised and ETC treatment was given. He was unable to talk and thin that time but after Etc he ws v normal... but he gets these dellusions still... now he is not on any medicine..need the guidance abt this

Hello, it appears that he is having possibly Schizophrenia (if at he has stopped taking alcohol or any other substances for at least six months), if so he needs regular medications , needs detailed evaluation please consult psychiatrist as soon as possible.
