Delivery due date

Hi kindly refer to the attached USG report. With reference to this report and the fact that my wife's diastolic BP was more than 80 at times the Gynecologist had informed that the baby needs to be delivered by 03 September latest. However on 02 September she conducted a routine check up and suggested that we will wait for a normal delivery now as the diastolic BP is now normal. She has now given a due date no later than 18 September. The constant changes in dates are confusing for me as this is our 1st child. Moreover the EDD mentioned on the report is 14 October. Please assist.

Hello Looking at this report, there is growth restriction in the fetus. Also your wife is 37 weeks as mentioned in the report. Better to deliver her early then to have any more problems.
