Delayed period with nipple tightness

I have a delayed period of 8 days, with tightness in nipples sometimes pulling pain in right fossa and cramping pain in hypogastric region. Sometimes pain in iliac while walking as well. Active sexual behaviour with contraception. Really in worry. What could be the problem? Should i see a doctor?? HELP ASAP
