Delay of periods

I have 6 months old baby delivered via C section. After 2 months my periods started and initially periods repeated after 15days in December.After that i had 30months cycle till feb.But this month there is delay in periods.It should have happened on 18th but no till now.I had pre menstrual symptoms also but not yet commenced.For surety I had pregnancy test today at home but it was negative.I am breastfeeding my baby and he has started eating solids now..Is there anything to worry about.plzhelp

There are high chances of conception if you r not using any contraception and trying for weaning the Breast feed.wait for seven days ,RPT upt and if negative or u may get your cycle then plan a proper contraception ahead.and if pregnant then visit your doctor.
